Research Interest:MICHAEL C. FISHBEIN, M.D. – Piansky Scholar
of Anatomy Research, Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine;
Head, Cardiovascular and Autopsy Pathology. My primary interest is
the morphologic basis of cardiovascular diseases. Here at UCLA we
have extremely strong clinical and experimental programs in atherosclerosis
and atherogenesis, cardiomyopathy, and cardiac transplantation. This
provides me with abundant clinical and experimental material to pursue
my clinical, research, and teaching interests. |
